Deep fried and Stir fried

There are several Famous thai soup and Curry as below:


Chiken Hot Basil Stir Fried

Ingrdients

300g Chicken breast
1 cup of fresh holy basil leafs
1-2 tablespoons of fish sauce
1-2 tablespoons of fish sauce
1 clove of garlic crushed
2 tablespoons of cooking oil

Method

1) Cut chicken breast into bite size chunks.
2) Heat cooking oil in the wok or pan, then fry garlic until it turn golden brown.
3) Put chicken into the wok and stir fry until the chicken is done.
4) Put fish sauce, stir fry them well.
5) Put holy basil into the wok. Turn off the cooker.

Variation

Beef and pork can be used instead of chicken. If holy basil can't be found, use any kind of basil instead.

Thai Fish Cake

Ingrdients

300g of fish (cod)
1/4 cups of slice green bean
1 of Kafirr leafs finely chop
1/2 tablespoon of Thai red curry paste
2 tablespoons of fish sauce
1/2 cup of cooking oil.

Method

1) Finely chop fish and mix well with Thai red curry paste.
2) Put Kafirr leafs, green bean and fish sauce into the mixture and mix them well together.
3) Roll the mixture in your hand and flaten it like hamburger.
4) Put cooking oil into the wok and heat it. Fry the fish cake in the pan.
